摘要
应用超声心动图检测了374例原发性高血压患者及88例同龄健康人的心脏结构及左室收缩功能。发现高血压组较对照组主动脉内径(AOD)、左房径(LAD)、左室心肌质量(LVM)增加;Ⅲ期高血压组每搏量(SV)和心输出量(CO)增加,左室短轴缩短率(FS)下降(P均<0.05),而Ⅰ、Ⅱ期高血压组无明显变化。提示随病情加重左室收缩功能下降。
Echocardiography was used in investigation of cardiac structure and left ventricular systolic function in 374 patients with essential hypertension (EH) and 88 age matched healthy subjects. It was found that diameters of aortic root (AOD), left atrial (LAD) and left ventricular mass (LVM) were significantly increased (P<0.05 and <0.01) in patients with EH than in healthy subjects. Stroke volume (SV) and cardiac output (CO) increased, but left ventricular fractional shortening (FS) decreased in patients with EH(Ⅲ degrees) (P all<0.05), there were no changes in patients with EH(Ⅰ and Ⅱ degrees). It was suggested that left ventricular systolic function decreased with developing situation in patients with EH.
