摘要 在DNA弹性杆的研究中Shi得出一个满足边界条件的重要的Schrodinger方程。现在运用复基函数的Galerkin方法来求解该方程,简化了计算并对Shi的模型给出了相应的仿真结果。 Shi's Schrodinger equation, a nonlinear equation with boundary conditions, is an important elastic rod model in simulating the structure of DNA. Galerkin method is used in simulating Shi' s model. By choosing complex functions as the bases, the computation is significantly reduced.
