摘要
针对国内空分行业尚未开发出通用设计及模拟程序的现状,对空分装置流程及其多通道高速数据采集系统进行了设计,并进行了模拟应用研究,为空分装置及其在线检测的研究提供了指导依据,并为系统的优化设计奠定了基础。
Up to now, the common design and simulation software for the cryogenic air separation system has not been developed satisfacorily with the aim to improve the present state, application research of modularization design, hign-speed operation controls and simulation in the air seperation is made. The peration condition of distillation colume is analyzed, the conclusion is helpful to actual operation and design.
