摘要
研究了添加1%RE元素对AZ91镁合金显微组织和力学性能的影响,并研究了三种不同高温热处理工艺对合金显微组织和硬度的影响。研究表明,复合添加0.6%Ce和0.4%Y对显微组织的细化效果要比单独添加1%Ce的效果更好,且AZ91-0.6Ce-0.4Y合金的室温和150℃力学性能比AZ91和AZ91-1%Ce更加优良。按文中的三种高温热处理工艺得到了三种特殊的网状组织结构。
This paper presents some results showing the Effect of 1% RE addition on the microstructure and mechanical properties of AZ91 magnesium alloy and effect of three kinds of high-temperature heat treatment processes on the microstructure and Brinell hardness of experimental alloys. Result showed that mixed addition of 0.6%Ce and 0.4%Y to AZ91 alloys has better refinement effect than only addition of 1% Ce, and the mechanical properties of AZ91-0.6Ce-0.4Y alloys at both ambient and elevated temperatures are superior to AZ91 and AZ91-1%Ce alloys. In this study, three kinds of special reseau microstructure were obtained under heat treatment processes mentioned above. No similar report was seen before.
