摘要
介绍了长流槽离心浇注技术制作内衬高铬铸铁复合管的生产工艺及其主要参数的选择。该工艺可实现双金属复合管的加长、减薄复合,壁厚均匀,双金属复合管的使用性能和经济性能可极大提高。
The production technique and main parameters of bimetal composite pipe--compounding high chromium cast iron in inner wall of steel pipe, by long launder centrifugal casting are presented. Using the technique can produce longer and thinner bimetal composite, and the compounding thickness is uniform. The service performance and economical efficiency of the composite pipe are enhanced greatly.
