摘要
针对F-系列钻井泵曲轴铸钢件易出现断裂的问题,分析了产生断裂的原因,通过解决漂芯问题和冒口补缩工艺的改进,提高了曲轴铸钢件的出品率和质量,同时大大地节约了生产成本,提高了经济效益。
The paper analyzes the reasons of rupture that easily occurred during the F-Series drilling pump crankshaft casting. The overall yield and quality of crankshaft are by solving the problem of core floatation and improving the feeding effect of riser. This production cost greatly and increases the economic benefit.
