胶原钙维素对大鼠胶原代谢及骨组织的影响 被引量:1

摘要 用胶原钙维素水溶液给生长期大白鼠灌胃,观察其体重、尿羟脯氨酸含量、股骨干重、股骨中胶原及钙、镁、铁、锌等8种元素的含量,同时设阿胶灌胃及蒸馏水灌胃对照组。结果显示:胶原钙维素组和阿胶对照组的尿羟脯氨酸含量、股骨中胶原含量均高于正常对照组,且随灌胃时间延长而增高。胶原钙维素组大鼠股骨中钙、镁、铁及锌和阿胶对照组大鼠股骨中的铁也高于正常对照组。而胶原钙维素组和阿胶对照组间无明显差异。表明胶原钙维素能够促进大鼠体内胶原代谢和钙、镁、铁及锌的吸收,有壮骨作用。 The pig hide collagen complex was orally administered to the rats in growth period. The weights of the rats, the contents of uric hydroxyproline, the dried weight of thighbone and the contents of collagen, Ca, Mg, Fe, Zn, Cu, Mn, Co and Ni in thighbone were observed. The donkey hide collagen group and the control group were also observed. The hydroxyproline contents in urine, collagen contents in thighbone of both pig hide and donkey hide group were higher than those of control group, and even higher with the extension of time. The contents of collagen, Ca, Mg, Fe and Zn in thighbone of pig hide group as well as Fe of donkey hide group were higher than those of the control group.There were no significant differences between pig hide group and donkey hide group. Results showed that pig hide collagen complex could promote the metabolism of collagen and the absorption of Ca, Mg, Fe and Zn in rats.
