微晶纤维素、硬脂酸和甘露醇对扑热息痛缓释片中黄原胶释药性能的影响 被引量:4

Effect of Avicel Stearic Acid and Mannitol on the Release-Drug Behavior of Xanthan Gum in Sustained-Release Tablets

摘要 本文研究了微晶纤维素,硬脂酸和甘露醇等辅料对黄原胶为载体的缓释片的释药性能的影响。结果表明,当缓释片中黄原胶浓度达16%以上时,选用适量的硬脂酸或甘露醇作辅料,可以获得缓慢释药的片剂;当黄原胶浓度达20%以上时,才可考虑选用微晶纤维素。 The objective of this study was to evaluate the effect of excipients, including microcrystline cellulose(Avicel), stearic acid and mannitol on sustainedrelease behavior of tablets formed by Xanthan gum, and to develop the application of xanthan gum to sustainedrelease tablets. The results indicated that the tablets for sustainedrelease drug were obtained when the concentration of Xanthan gum in the tablets was selected as excipient; only when the concentration of Xanthan gum in tablets was selected as excipient; only when the concentration of xanthan gum in tablets was above 16% and mannitol or stearic acid was above 20%, micocrystaline cellulose could be considerated to be used to prepare the sustainedrelease tablets.
