要使护工从本质上提升护理服务的质量，就需要改变目前的护工服务模式。
The emergence of certified nursing assistant, CNA for short, satisfies the need of nursing. While at the meantime, it brings along with it many new problems to the hospital. Despite its supplement to the nursing force, there is a lack in its professional expertise and a chaos in its current management. In order to improve its service quality and provide a guide in the management of CNA by the hospital, the current situation of CNA is in great need of changes.
