摘要
目的探讨手术器械手工清洗后的润滑防锈方法及成本。方法60个器械包随机分为A、B、C、D组,A组用1∶15润滑防锈剂常温浸泡1 min后烘干;其余3组分别采用1∶15、1∶30、1∶50润滑防锈剂煮沸1 min后烘干,比较4组的细菌培养结果合格率、器械生锈情况、每月平均费用。结果B、C和D组合格率均为100%,生锈率3与6个月的4组组间两两比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),而各组组内比较只有D组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);月均费用比较C组明显低于A、B组(P<0.01)。结论采用1∶30润滑防锈溶液煮沸润滑保养器械效果满意且能明显降低维护成本。
OBJECTIVE To explore the effective method and the cost of lubricating and anti-rust for surgical instruments after mannal cleaning. METHODS Sixty surgical operation instrument sets were randomly divided into 4 groups (A, B, C and D). Group A was dryed after immersed into the lubricant and anti-rust solution with the 1:15 concentration for 1 min under room temperature. Groups B, C and D were dryed after immersed into the solution keeping at boiling for 1 min, the concentration were 1:15, 1:30, and 1:50, respectively. The qualified rate of bacterial culture monitoring, the condition of rusted instruments and the average cost per-month in 4 groups were compared. RESULTS The qualified rates were 100% in groups B, C and D. There were no statistically significant differences in the intragroup comparison of the rusted rate between 3 and 6 months among 4 groups (P〉0. 05). Only group D had statistically significant differences in the intragroup comparison of the rusted rate between 3 and 6 months (P〈0.05). Group C was obviously lower than groups A and B in the average cost per-month (P〈0.01). CONCLUSIONS 1:30 Lubricant anti-rust solution on lubricating and maintaining the instruments not only has the satisfied effect, but also reduce the cost of maintaining instruments obviously.
