摘要
新时期延安新农村建设应当在认真贯彻退耕还林基本国策的基础上,促进农村经济的持续发展,健全和完善农村社会保障制度,创新农村文化建设,把物质文明、精神文明、政治文明、生态环境建设的和谐构建有机统一起来,最终实现人与人、人与社会、人与自然环境的和谐。
In building the New-typed rural area of Yanan in the New Period,it is a must to conscientiously carry out the basic national policy called Returning Farmland to Forestry.On the basis of this,it is necessary to promote the sustainable development of the rural economy,to improve the guarantee system of the rural society,to innovate the rural cultural construction,and to integrate the harmony construction of the material civilization,spiritual civilization,political civilization,and ecological environment.And finally it is likely to achieve the harmony between persons,between man and society,between man and nature.
