村民自治在开展的20多年中已经取得了很大的进步,但是在现实中仍然存在着许多问题,例如选举中的非民主现象,村民参与的积极性低等,这些因素都制约着村民自治的进一步发展,因此,必须采取有力的措施加以解决。

In the past more than 20 years the Villager autonomy has great progress, but in reality there are still many problems, such as non-democratic elections in the phenomenon, the active participation of villagers have low,and so on. These factors have Constrainted the further development of the Villager autonomy, therefore, we must take effective measures to solve these problems.
