摘要
用IBA、NAA、ABT1、IBA+NAA四种生根剂,分别以不同浓度,不同浸泡时间处理金银忍冬嫩枝插穗进行扦插育苗试验,结果表明:用IBA 1000×10-6、处理2s、生根率最高为69.4%;用NAA 1000×10-6、处理时间2s、生根率最高为90%;用ABT1 200×10-6、处理时间2h、生根率最高为80.2%;用NAA 100×10-6+IBA 50×10-6、处理2h、生根率90%或NAA 50×10-6+IBA 100×10-6、处理12h、生根率90%,用清水处理2h,生根率70.4%,表明用外源激素处理能够提高金银忍冬嫩枝扦插的生根率,增加不定根数量。从上面的方差分析结果综合生根率和生根性状的各项指标,如果选择一种激素,选择NAA 100×10-6+IBA50×10-6、处理2h、生根率90%,效果最为理想。
With such four kinds of rooting pharmacy as IBA, NAA, No. 1ABT and IBA+ NAA respectively by different density and different soaking time, process softwood cuttings of Lonicera maackii to carry on cutting propagation experiment. The results show that: With IBA 1000ppm processing for 2 seconds, the highest rate of rooting is 69.4%; With NAA 1000ppm processing for 2 seconds, the highest rate of rooting is 90%; With ABT 1 200ppm processing for 2 hours, the highest rate of rooting is 80. 2%; With NAA 100ppm+ IBAS0ppm processing for 2 hours, the rate of rooting is 90% or NAA 50ppm+IBA 100ppm processing for 12 hours, it's 90% , with the clear water processing for 2 hours, the rate of rooting is 70.4%. It indicates that the treatment of exogenous hormone can improve rooting rate of softwood cutting of Lonicera maackii and increase the number of adventitious roots. By integrating all the indicators of rooting rate and rooting traits from the above analysis of variance results, the effect is desirable to choose NAA 100ppm + IBA50ppm processing for 2 hours ,the rate of rooting is 90% if choose one kind of hormone.
