Morels are a kind of rare and expensive medicinal and edible Fungi, which are rich in nutritional ingredients. Due to the lack of their resources and a high medicinal value, the research on them is being carried out both at home and abroad in a wide range. In this paper, the medicinal value and the application situation of Morels were illustrated and it was revealed that Morels had broad prospects of deep researches in the field of medicine and the significance of its production, development and utilization.
