摘要
语言转向是哲学史上的一次伟大革命,语言研究代表了哲学范式由认识论向语言哲学的转向。语用学一词由哲学家莫里斯明确提出。作为语用学的重要奠基理论,奥斯汀的言语行为理论和格莱斯的会话含义理论都有着深刻的哲学渊源。
The linguistic turn is a great revolution in the history of philosophy, and language study represents the turn of philosophical paradigm from epistemology to philosophy of language. This paper expounds the significance of the linguistic turn and the contributions it has made to pragmatics. The term “pragmatics” was explicitly advanced by the philosopher Morris. The important founding theories in pragmatics, including the speech act theory established by Austin and the conversational implicature theory developed by Grice, have deep philosophical origin.
