摘要
在四川汶川地震后的第一时间,调查了四川电网的受灾情况,分析了主网架、输变电设施、建(构)筑物受损的原因,得出初步结论,并针对电网规划设计中提高防震能力在电网建设技术标准、电网抢修、电网重建规划、电气安装及变电建(构)筑物建设等方面提出了相关的具体建议。
Shortly after the Wenchuan Earthquake of M8.0, State Power Economic Research Institute (SPERI) undertakes an intensive investigation on the damages on the Sichuan power grid. This paper, based upon the investigation, presents causes of the damages on the grid framework including the transmission facilities and buildings, and it also brings forward a preliminary conclusion. Aiming at enhancing the anti-earthquake capacity of the power grid at the planning and design stages, the paper proposes some concrete measures and suggestions on the technical standards for power grid construction, quick recovery, reconstruction planning, electric installation and substation building construction, and so on.
