合成氨生产造气工段能耗分析与节能途径 被引量:8

摘要 从提高燃料有效利用率、降低蒸汽消耗、降低电耗方面阐述了合成氨生产造气工段降低能耗的途径;通过对氢氮比、有效气体含量、甲烷含量、空气湿度的计算,论述了主要工艺指标对氨产量和消耗指标的影响及其适宜控制范围;分析了煤气炉负荷与燃料煤、蒸汽消耗之间的关系,循环时间与燃料煤、原料煤之间的关系,提出了合成氨生产造气工段节能增效的应对措施。 From aspects of increasing the effective usage rate of fuel,reducing the steam consume,and reducing the electric power consume author has described the paths to reduce the energy consume in gasification section of ammonia synthesis production; through calculations of H2/N2 ratio,effective gas content, methane content and air humidity author has discussed the influence of main process indexes on ammonia capacity, consume indexes and has discussed its suitable control scope; has analyzed the relation of fuel coal and steam consumes with the coal gasifier load and also has analyzes the relation of circulating time with the fuel coal/raw coal; has proposed the replacing measures for energy saving and effect increasing in gasification section of ammonia synthesis production.
