摘要
结合工程应用实例,论述了9Ni钢材料在国内液化天然气(LNG)储罐的使用情况。介绍了9Ni钢的理化特性和选材要领;从焊接材料的选择、焊接接头的低温韧性、焊接热裂纹、焊接冷裂纹、电弧的磁偏吹等方面阐述了焊接9Ni钢材料时易出现的问题和改进措施;提出了9Ni钢焊接接头检测方法和相关注意事项。
In combination with the real application example of project, author has discussed the application situation for the liquefied natural gas （LNG） tank made of 9 Ni steel material in China. Author has introduced the physical and chemical properties of 9 Ni steel and its gist in selection of material ; from aspects of selecting welding material, low temperature toughness of welding joints, welding hot crack, welding cold crack, magnetic blowing deviation of electric arc and so on, author has described the problems easily caused during welding the 9Ni steel material and their improving measures ; has proposed the detection method for welding joint of 9Ni steel and its relative matters to be noticed.
