无意识教育作为对有意识教育的有益补充,具有依附性、愉悦性、潜隐性和灵活性等特征。无意识教育在医院文化建设的物质、行为、制度、精神等层面发挥着重要作用。医院文化建设中无意识教育的常见形式有主体人格感召、树立榜样(或先进典型)、集体影响熏陶、有益活动引导、大众传媒牵引。
As a supplement of consciousness education, unconscious education is characterized as dependence, pleasnre, concealment and flexibility. Unconscious education can play an important role in the material , behavior, regulation and spirit of the hospital' s culture construction, with common forms as subjective personality, advanced and typical examples, collectivity edification, beneficial activity instruction and media guides.
