摘要
水凝胶是在水中溶胀并保持大量水分而又不溶解的聚合物,与生物机体组织很相似。蛋白基水凝胶具有良好的生物相容性和生物降解性,在组织工程中的应用主要是恢复、维持或改善受损机体组织与器官的形态和功能,以达到修复再生的目的,被誉为下一代最具潜力的组织工程用生物材料。综述了组织工程用天然蛋白基和合成蛋白基水凝胶的研究进展,并指出了其优、缺点及发展方向。
Hydrogels are the polymers that can swell in the water and maintain large amounts of water without dissolution, and are very similar to the biological organism tissues. The protein-based hydrogels, which are known as the most potential biomaterials for tissue engineering, have good biocompatibility and biodegradability, and are mainly applied in tissue engineering to restore, maintain or improve the damaged tissues and the morphology and function of organs for the purpose of repair and regeneration. In this paper, the research progress in natural and synthetic proteinbased hydrogels for tissue engineering is reviewed, and their advantages, disadvantages and developing direction are pointed out.
