5周龄的DDY系小白鼠40只,分无处理的对照组、抗癌药物6-巯基嘌呤(6-MP)腹腔注射组(6-MP组)、6-MtP+EMX饮水组(EMX饮水组)、6-MP+EMX腹腔注射组(EMX注射组)4个组,每组10只。3周后断头宰杀,采取血清测定各组小白鼠血清中8-羟基脱氧鸟苷(8-OHdG)的含量。结果表明:抗癌药物6-MP能提高小白鼠血清中损伤DNA的含量,EMX饮水和腹腔注射能显著减少血清中8-羟基脱氧鸟苷(8-OHdG)的含量(P<0.0 1),有效抑制抗癌药物对机体DNA的损伤。
40 DDY white mice aged five weeks were divided in four growps including the control group,the group of perioneal injection with 6-mercap to purine(6-MP group) ,the group of 6-MP and drinking EMX( drinking EMXgroup) and the group of 6-MP and injecting EMX ( injecting EMX group). There were ten white mice per group. After three weeks, the white mice were slaughtered by.breaking head and the serum was collected. The 8-hydroxy-2'-deoxyguanosine (8-OHdG) content in serum, was determined in the white mice of different group. The results showed that the damaged DNA content in serum of the white mice was increased by anticarcinogen 6-MP and the 8-OHdG content in serum was segnificantly decreased in the white mice of the drinking EMX group and the injected EMX group ( P 〈 0.01 ). The experiment results suggested that the damage of DNA in vivo which resulted from anticarciongen could be effectively in hibited by EMX.
