摘要
介绍了JL-201机车车辆轴承故障诊断仪的检测原理,并通过实验确定出DF4B型机车牵引电动机自由端轴承门限值范围。采用修正后的门限值与精密诊断的分析判断方法,提高了检测的准确率。
In this paper,the detection principle of JL-201 bearing failure diagnostic instrument was described,and the threshold values of free end bearing of traction motor for DF4B diesel locomotive were determined by the way of experiment.Using the corrected threshold values and precise analysing method,the detetion accuracy is increased.
