摘要 在线缆制造过程中,线缆护层的挤出占据了十分重要的地位。线缆护层挤出方式以及挤出模具对挤出护层质量至关重要。目前挤出方式有很多种,但都是由三种基本挤出方式单独作用或组合而成。介绍了线缆的三种基本挤出方式的优缺点及其适用范围,以及挤出模具的设计原理,给出了部分材料的拉伸比和拉伸平衡比。并以挤管式模具设计为例,详细介绍了模具设计方法及其相关典型参数,最后简要介绍了模具的装配规则。 The extrusion of cable sheath plays a very important role in the cable manufacturing. The choice of the extrusion methods and the design of extrusion tools are critical to the quality of the extruded sheath. Nowadays there are many extrusion methods, but all of them come from three basic extrusion methods individually or combinatively. The advantages and disadvantages, and the application scopes of these three basic extrusion methods are introduced, the design principle of extrusion tools is presented, and the draw-down ratio (DDR) and draw ratio balance (DRB) of several materials are provided. Taking the design of tubing extrusion tools as the example, the design method and relevant typical parameter are presented. Finally the installation rules for extrusion tools are explained briefly.
