摘要 对生物化学法制备生物能源过程中的过程调控进行了综述.生物化学法制备生物柴油、乙醇、氢气等生物能源易受底物、抑制物、反应条件等影响.为提高反应效率,在生物化学法制备生物能源过程中广泛采用底物预处理、反应物流加、固定化酶及细胞、减少抑制物及共培养等多种措施,对制备过程进行调控.在对现有调控总结的基础上指出,过程调控应该在全面理解分子、细胞、菌群多层次反应机理及相互关系的基础上进行全过程、多尺度的调控. The progress of process regulation in the bioenergy preparation via biochemical routes was reviewed. The biochemical processes of preparing biodiesel, ethanol and hydrogen were easily influenced by substrates, inhibitors, reaction conditions, etc. A number of regulation methods, such as pretreating substrates, batch feeding substrates, immobilizing enzyme and cell, removing of inhibitors, co-culture, were adopted to improve the reaction efficiency in bioenergy preparation. Through the summary of existing regulations, it was pointed out that based on complete understanding on the reaction mechanism and mutual relationship among the molecules, cells and bacterial group, whole-process regulation and multi-scale regulation would be the main research direction in the process regulation.
