不同二氧化钛电极制备方法对染料敏化太阳能电池性能的影响 被引量:4

摘要 分别用溶胶凝胶法、电泳法以及溶胶凝胶与电泳复合法在导电玻璃上制备了二氧化钛薄膜。利用SEM及XRD对样品进行了表征。将所制得的薄膜用于染料敏化太阳能电池中,比较了3种方法所制得的电池的输出性能。其中溶胶电泳复合法所制备的薄膜用于电池,开路电压达到0.7V,短路电流达到12.59mA/cm2,填充因子达到0.55,效率达到3.14%,远远高于其他两种方法所制得的电池效率。 Nano-sized TiO2 thin films were prepared on the ITO substrates by sol-gel process, electrophoretic deposition and their combination. The morphology and structure of the films was analyzed by XRD and SEM. It has achieved a higher Voc and Isc with the thin films application in dye-sensitized solar cells. The dye-sensitized solar cells with the films prepared by sol-gel eombining electrophoresis have achieved a better outcome, whose Voc up to 0.7 V, and Isc up to 12.59 mA · cm^2 , fill factor (FF) up to 0.55 and efficiency up to 3.14%, which far higher than the way of sol-gel and electrophoretic deposition.
