摘要
[目的]为茶叶的成分测定及开发利用提供参考。[方法]湿法消化石笕茶样品,采用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定Cu、Mn、Zn、Ca的含量。[结果]石笕茶中含有较丰富的人体所需的金属元素,4种金属元素含量排序为Ca〉Mn〉Zn〉Cu。试验各元素的加标回收率为94.2%~105.3%,相对标准偏差为0.5%~4.0%,准确度和精密度均符合要求。[结论]火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定石笕茶中的金属元素含量是可行的。
[Objective] The purpose of the research was to supply references for the component determination and exploitation of tea.[Method] Shijiancha samples were digested by wet digestion and the contents of Cu,Mn,Zn and Ca were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry(FAAS).[Result] Shijiancha contained relatively abundant metal elements which were needed by human body and the contents of 4 metal elements were in the order of Ca〉Mn〉Zn〉Cu.The recoveries of standard addition of various experimental elements were 94.2%-105.3%,and their relative standard deviations were 0.5%-4.0% with accuracy and precision according with the requirement.[Conclusion] Determination of metal element contents in Shijiancha by FAAS was feasible.
