摘要
[目的]筛选适宜大叶黄杨硬枝扦插生根的ABT生根粉浓度。[方法]设0(对照)、800、1000、1500 mg/kg 4种ABT生根粉浓度,炉渣灰、锯末、砂壤土、河沙、混合基质(河沙、土、炉渣灰各占1/3)5种基质,以大叶黄杨1、2、3年生枝条为材料,进行大叶黄杨扦插试验。[结果]ABT生根粉处理的大叶黄杨插条的生根率、成苗率均比对照高,其中1500 mg/kg处理的最高,其次是1000 mg/kg处理。1年生枝条经1500 mg/kg生根粉处理后,在河沙和混合基质上生根率最高。大叶黄杨1年生枝条的生根率最高。在适宜的温度条件下,大叶黄杨硬枝插条10 d左右产生愈伤组织,40~50 d后生根结束。[结论]1年生大叶黄杨枝条经1500 mg/kg的ABT生根粉处理后,扦插在河沙上,生根率高。
[Objective] The purpose was to select the suitable concn.of ABT rooting powder for the rooting of Euonymus japonicus in hardwood cutting.[Method] In the cutting experiment with 1-,2-and 3-year old branches of E.japonicus as materials,4 concn.of ABT rooting powder,i.e.0(CK),800,1 000 and 1 500 mg/kg were set up and 5 media of coal ash,sawdust,sandy loam soil,river sand and mixed medium(river sand,soil and coal ash accounted for one third resp.) were used.[Result] The rooting and seedling rates of E.japonicus cuttings treated by ABT rooting powder were higher than that of CK,which were highest in the treatment of 1 500 mg/kg and secondary in the treatment of 1 000 mg/kg.The rooting rates of 1 year old branches treated by 1 500 mg/kg ABT rooting powder were highest on river sand and mixed medium.The rooting rate of 1 year old branches of E.japonicus was highest.Under the suitable temperature,the hardwood cuttings of E.japonicus produced calli after cutting for about 10 d and their rooting ended after 40~50 d.
[Conclusion] The rooting rate of 1 year old sticks treated by 1 500 mg/kg ABT rooting powder of E.japonicus was highest on riversand.
