Predicament Analysis and the Development Orientation Research on the Western Rural Informatization

针对西部农村信息化发展过程中的信息资源分布不均、信息装备贫乏以及农村信息化的观念淡薄等现实困境问题展开分析,提出必须加快围绕以农村经济增长为核心的全面农村信息化建设的理论定位,并以政府、企业与农民的不同视角分别阐述了农村信息化发展过程中的对策定位。

According to the uneven distribution of information sources in western countryside,the scarcity of information equipment and the lacking of the perception of rural informatization,it was pointed out that the theoretical orientation of overall rural informatization construction should be quickened with the rural economic development as the core.Countermeasure orientation during rural informatization construction was expatiated from different perspectives of government,enterprises and farmers.
