摘要 [目的]建立高效液相色谱法测定面粉中过氧化苯甲酰的方法。[方法]采用NovapakC18(3.9mm×150mm)分离,以乙腈-0.1%的磷酸水溶液(体积比为2∶3)为流动相,检测波长230nm。[结果]该方法的回收率为98.9%~103.9%,相对标准差为1.2%~1.7%。[结论]该方法简便易行,重现性好,准确度高,测定结果令人满意。 [Objective]To extablish a method to detect the benzoyl peroxide contained in wheat flour by HPLC technique. [Method] With a column of Novapak C18(3.9 mm×150 mm), the Benzoyl peroxide in wheat flour was well separated with the mobile phase composing of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution (2∶3) and the monitoring wavelength of 230 nm.[Result] The recovery varied from 98.9% to 103.9% and the relative standard deviation(RSD) was from 1.2% to 1.7% by this determining method. [Conclusion] The method was simple and convenience,with excellent reproducibility, good accuracy and the satisfactory results.
