摘要
[目的]优化月季基因组DNA与总RNA的提取方法。[方法]通过对经典提取方法的改进与筛选,获得月季DNA和总RNA。[结果]经过改进与筛选的方法提取的月季DNA和总RNA可用于酶切、PCR和RT-PCR等一系列分子生物学的研究。[结论]该研究为其他以次生代谢物含量丰富植物为材料的研究提供了技术参考。
[Objective] The research aimed to optimize the methods on extraction DNA and total RNA from China rose.[Method] DNA and total RNA were obtained by modifying and screening classical extraction methods. [Result] High quality DNA and total RNA were obtained by those modified methods, which could be used in a series of molecular biology researches, such as restrict endonuclease enzymolysis, PCR and RT-PCR analysis. [Conclusion] The study could be taken as a reference for the relative researches based on plant materials with high content of the secondary compounds.
