摘要
[目的]探索不同剂量诃子、石榴皮提取物对家兔离体肠管运动的影响。[方法]采用离体肠管试验法,将家兔的十二指肠、空肠和回肠置于加有台氏液的麦氏浴皿内,然后注入不同剂量的诃子、石榴皮提取物,使溶液终浓度为5、10、20、30、40、50mg/ml,观察离体肠管运动的反应。[结果]诃子和石榴皮提取物均能抑制肠管的运动,使其张力降低,收缩频率减小。相同浓度的诃子和石榴皮提取物对不同部位肠管的运动影响存在差异,浓度增加其影响增大;石榴皮提取物对肠管运动的影响较诃子提取物弱。[结论]探明了2种药物对小肠平滑肌运动的影响,可为诃子和石榴皮的临床应用提供可靠的生理学依据。
[Objective] The research aimed to discuss the effects of difference dosage extraction from Fructus chebulae and Pericarpium granati on the movement of isolated intestine of rabbits. [Method] Adopting the experiment of isolated intestine, the duodenum, jejunum and ileum were put into the magnus’ bath with Tyrode liquid, then the vary dosage extractions from Fructus chebulae and Pericarpium granati were added, making the concentration as 5, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 mg/ml, and their effects on the movement of isolated intestine were observed. [Result] The extraction from Fructus chebulae and Pericarpium granati could both restrain the movement of intestine, and reduce the tension and frequency. The same concentration extraction had different effects on the movement of intestine at different position, the denser of the concentration, the more obviously of the effect. The effects of the extraction from Pericarpium granati on the movement of intestine was weaker than that of the extraction from Fructus chebulae. [Conclusion] The study prove up the effects of the extraction from Fructus chebulae and Pericarpium granati on the movement of small intestinal smooth muscle, which could provide reliable physiological basis for their clinical application.
