南方根结线虫对番茄致病性测定的初步研究

Preliminary Study on Identification and Pathogenicity of Root-knot Nematode for Tomato

[目的]调查不同生育期南方根结线虫对番茄生长发育的影响。[方法]通过盆栽试验,系统观察番茄根结线虫病病情发展情况,讨论不同生育期感染根结线虫对番茄生长发育的影响。[结果]接种根结线虫2个月的番茄植株株高明显比健康植株矮,也矮于接种1个月的,而根重和病情指数则比健康植株及接种1个月的高,病情随着接种时间的延长明显加重。[结论]研究根结线虫的病情发展,对了解和防治番茄根结线虫病具有重要意义。

[Objective]The research was to study the effect of root-knot nematode on tomato growth. [Method]Through pot experiment, development state of illness of tomato root-knot nematode was systemic observed. The effect of root-knot nematode in different growth stages on growth of tomato was discussed. [Result]The results indicated that the height of tomatoes which were inoculated root-knot nematode for two months was more lower than one month and the healthy tomatoes. However, the root weight and index of the state of an illness were reverse, furthermore the index of the state of an illness were more severe along with the extension of inoculation time. [Conclusion]Studying development of state of an illness of root-knot nematode has important meaning for realizing and preventing tomato root-knot nematode.
