摘要
[目的]研究设施农业土壤微生物和土壤酶活性的关系。[方法]采集种植香石竹的大棚设施中正常株、发病株的根际土壤,分析土壤pH值、微生物数量及酶活性的关系。[结果]正常株土壤pH值、微生物总量均高于发病株土壤。真菌与放线菌在数量上呈显著正相关,好氧细菌与厌氧细菌、细菌总数呈显著正相关,真菌数量与土壤pH值呈显著负相关。纤维素酶与蛋白酶呈极显著正相关,与脲酶呈显著正相关,半纤维素酶与蔗糖酶、脲酶与蛋白酶均呈显著正相关。好氧细菌与半纤维素酶、蔗糖酶都呈显著负相关,厌氧细菌与半纤维素酶呈显著负相关。[结论]土壤酶活性与土壤微生物的种类和数量有着密切关系,土壤中的微生物可以对土壤酶活性进行表征。
[Objective]The aim was to study the relationship between soil microorganism and soil enzyme activity in facility agriculture.[Method] The rhizosphere soil from normal plant and diseased plant of carnation grown in greenhouse was collected,and the correlation between soil pH value,microbe quantity and enzyme activity was analyzed.[Result] The pH value and microorganism amount in normal plant soil were all higher than that in diseased plant one.The fungi and actinomyceteson showed significant positive correlation on quantity.There was a remarkable positive correlation between the aerobic bacteria and anaerobic bacteria and total bacteria had remarkable positive correlation.The fungi amount and soil pH showed obvious negative correlation.The cellulose enzyme had a significant positive correlation with protease and an evident positive correlation with urease.The hemicellulase had significant positive correlation all with sucrase,urease and protease.The aerobic bacteria had the remarkable negative correlation with hemicellulase and sucrase.The anaerobic bacteria showed obvious negative correlation with hemicellulase.[Conclusion] The soil enzyme activity had a close relationship with the varieties and quantities of soil microorganisms,and soil enzyme activity could be characterized by the microorganisms in soil.
