退耕还林(草)工程对岷江上游农业发展的影响及对策

Effect of the Project in the Farmland Returned for Forest on the Agricultural Production in the Upper Reach of Minjiang River and Its Corresponding Countermeasure

结合社会经济统计数据,从耕地面积与粮食产量、农业投入产出、城市化进程及农民收入构成几个方面详细分析了退耕还林工程的实施对岷江上游农业发展造成的影响,并分析了其存在的问题,提出了相应的对策和建议。

In light of socio-economic statistics,the effect of the project implementation of the farmland returned for forest on the agricultural development in the upper reach of the Minjiang River was discussed from the several aspects including the arable land and grain output,agricultural input,output,the process of urbanization and the farmers′ income.And the existence issues analyzed and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were put forward.
