介绍了地下水库的概念与地下水库调蓄水资源研究现状,分析了秦王川灌区修建地下水库的必要性。
The conception of undergroud reservoir and the current situation of underground water stored by it were introduced and the necessity of the construction of underground reservoir in Qinwangchuan Irrigation District was analyzed.
