Research on Infringement of Rural Women’s Land Right

农村妇女土地权益在现实中遭到不同程度的侵害。在总结农村妇女一生中土地权益遭到侵害的基础上,分析了产生这种现象的原因,最后提出了保护农村妇女土地权益的对策和建议。

Rural women＇s land right had been undermined at a different degree. Situation of rural women’s land right was summed up. Then, the reasons were analyzed. At last, some advices and countermeasures for protection of rural women’s land right were put forward.
