国标及石化行标与交通部标沥青试验规程的差异研究 被引量:2

摘要 目前,国内道路沥青试验方法存在着国标/石化行标与交通部行业标准试验规程并存的情况。详细的比较了国标/石化行标与交通部行业标准试验规程的差异,对不同油源生产的15个沥青试样进行了国标/石化行标试验方法与交通部试验规程方法对沥青性能影响的比对试验。结果表明:针入度、软化点、延度等12项试验方法在目的与适用范围、方法概要、试验原理、仪器设备、试验步骤等诸方面没有什么差异,有些试验方法的试验条件有细小的不同,这些细小的不同试验条件对沥青试验结果无影响或影响较小。闪点试验方法所用的仪器不同,试验条件不同,因此试验结果差别较大,国标方法结果大于交通部试验规程结果。由于粘韧性试验的主要试验条件拉伸长度规定的不一致,所以试验结果差别较大,石化行标方法结果大于交通部试验规程结果。 At present, paving asphalt testing methods of State standard/Petrochemical standard and standard of Ministry of Communications coexist in China. The author compared the differences of testing regulations between these standards ,and performed comparative tests on asphalt samples produced from 15 kinds of crude oil. Test results show that 12 test methods including penetration degree, softening point and ductility have no differences in purpose, scope of application,method outline, test principle, instrument, and test procedure. Some methods have tiny differences in test condition. The tiny differences have no effect or have little effect on asphalt test results. The results of flash point have significant differences due to different instruments and test methods. The flash point obtained according to State standard is larger than the result obtained according to st.andard of Ministry of Communications. Because of different regulation of tensile elongation, the results of toughness and tenacity have significant differences. The result obtained according to Petrochemical standard islarger than the result obtained according to standard of Ministry of Communications.
