摘要
本文通过硫化氢对钢材产生硫化物应力腐蚀开裂机理及影响因素的探讨,结合四川当前含硫气井钻探过程中,中途测试必须短期使用高强度不抗硫的S-135、G—105钻杆这一生产中的矛盾问题,开展了室内S-135、G—105两种钻杆在不同应力条件、不同介质条件下的硫化物应力腐蚀试验,初步摸索到一些延长S-135、G—105钻杆发生硫化物应力破坏时间的规律,为现场S—135、G—105钻杆生产实践,提供了一些控制参考依据。
This paper discusses mechanism and influence factors of sulfide stress corrosion cracking (SSCC)created by hydrogen sulfide to steel. In combination with present drilling problems of sour gas well in Sichuan Province and throgh test on sulfide stress corrosion under various pressure and mediums,the laws to prolong time raising sulfide stress damage of S- 135 and p-105 drilling rods are preliminarily found. This can provide referential control bases for site production of S-135 and P- 105 drilling rods.
