摘要
2000年，作者对北京“新疆村”（魏公村）的11家维吾尔族餐馆做了抽样问卷调查，问题主要包括被访者的基本情况（年龄、性别、受教育水平等）、职业经历（来北京前后的经历）、经营和生活情况、社会关系和感受等四个方面。本文是对问卷的统计和初步分析。
In 2000, the authors did field work in 11 Uyghur＇ s restaurants by distributing questionnaires. Four parts of the questions are included in the questionnaire. They are. basic data, professional experiences, operation and management of the restaurant and their daily life, social relations and their feeling. This paper is the preliminary statistics and analyses to the questionnaires.
