我国公民道德教育问题的成因及对策

On the Causes of the Problems in Civic Virtues Education of Chinese Citizens and the Corresponding Countermeasures

随着我国现代化进程和市场经济的发展,在公民道德和公民道德教育领域出现了道德行为失范、教育缺乏针对性等问题,其原因是政治体制改革滞后、道德体系建设不健全,科学技术发展导致的生产生活方式变革等影响。及时有效解决这些问题,促进社会主义和谐社会的进程,需要用社会主义道德规范市场经济,及时化解消除各种社会矛盾;确立正确的道德价值导向,营造理想的公民道德教育环境;建构科学的公民道德教育目标和教育内容,提高公民道德教育的针对性和实效性。

With the acceleration of China＇s modernization and the development of its market economy, there arise problems in the field of civic virtues and civic virtues education, such as the deficiency of criteria for ethical conduct and the impertinence of civic virtues education. The reasons for such problems are the backwardness of the reform on political system, the incompleteness of ethical system buildup, the transformation of production and life styles brought about alongside the development of science and technology, etc. In order to effectively solve these problems in time and promote the construction of a socialist harmonious society, we need to apply the socialist ethics into regulating the market-oriented economy and try to dispel and eliminate various social conflicts; we need to establish a fight ethical value orientation and build an ideal environment for civic virtues education; and we need to create scientific goals and contents of civic virtues education to strengthen the pertinence and practicability of civic virtues education.
