An Analysis of the Employment Orientation of Higher Vocational Education

基于就业导向和创新型国家建设的高职教育,必须处理好人才就业竞争力和可持续发展的关系。要立足当前并放眼长远,实现其"学历本位—能力本位—发展本位"的渐次升华。

Higher vocational education is based upon employment orientation and upon the construction of an innovative nation. Therefore, it must properly handle the relationship between employment competitiveness of talents and sustainable development. Vocational education should base itself on the present situation and take a long-term view to realize the gradual sublimation of ＂academic qualification-oriented overall ability-oriented-further development-oriented＂.
