Implementation of Transfer and Add-value Technology by Bank Cards in AFC System

结合深圳地铁AFC系统中自动增值机的充值过程,对银行卡转账充值的功能要求和技术实现进行剖析,重点关注设备功能、乘客操作、交易记录传输、后台对账等环节。分析存在的问题,主要有地铁与银行结算时间点差异造成后台对账结果不一致,银行卡转账增值交易在AVM结算时造成设备短款,非地铁合作银行的银行卡在AVM上转账充值时存在跨行交易手续费的支付问题。对程序和流程进行修改后解决以上问题,经多站多台设备的测试,结果表明项目均可达到要求。

Considering the add-value process of the add-value machines in AFC system of Shenzhen metro, the requirements of functions and the implementation of the technology for transfer and add-value with bank cards are analyzed. Attention is paid on the functions of the equipment, the operation for the customers, the register and transfer for the exchange and the check of the account on background. Existing problems are analyzed, including the difference of reconciliation resulted on the background due to the difference in the settlement time between the bank and metro company; the money scarcity occurring on the equipment when the bank rechargeable cards execute the recharge and transfer exchange on the AVM; the payment problem occurring when the bank cards belonging to the non-cooperation bank with the metro company execute the recharge and transfer on the AVM. After testing a number of equipment on different stations by modifying the programs and flow charts, results indicated that all items are eligible.
