摘要
应用有限元程序计算了文〔1,2〕中平板模型和圆筒形实验容器的应力分布,进一步完善和简化了文〔1,2〕中的应力计算方法;应用弹性基础梁理论和结果,建立了含裂缝长条平板边缘处应力和容器埋藏缺陷部位表面处应力简便的计算式,其应力分布曲线与有限元应力分布曲线符合;对含埋藏缺陷的压力容器还进行了强度分析。
The stress distribution of the plane plate model and the cylindrical test pressure vessl described in article(1,2)is calculated using finite element analysis,the stress calculation method in article(1,2)is improved and simplified.Based on the elastic base beam theory and its result,a simpler and more convenient equation for calculating stress in the edge of long plane plate containing cracks and stress of the vessel surface portion containing embedded flaws is figured out,and the stress distribution curve is well fit with the one obtained using finite element analysis.The strength analysis of pressure vessel containing embedded flaws carried out.
