Blood lactic acid is a sign of relationship between internal metabolism and oxygen supply and demand of tissue interior, so correct blood lactic acid monitoring is significant for pathogenetic condition evaluation and prognosis evaluation of cardiac surgery patients. However, Blood lactic acid monitoring value is influenced by place and methods of getting - blood and sending specimen time.
