内镜超声在上消化道疾病检查中的实用价值(附287例诊断分析)

Diagnostic Value of Endoscopic Ultrasonograph for Upper Gastrointestinal Disease(287 Cases Report)

目的探讨内镜超声在上消化道病变中的诊断价值。方法应用内镜超声检查287例上消化道黏膜隆起型病变,并对其中21例进行内镜超声引导下细针穿刺活检。结果发现病变以胃和食管隆起性病变较多,在检查中各占总数58.19%和28.92%,常见的隆起性病有:黏膜下肿瘤、静脉球、壁外压迫、息肉、异位胰腺等。结论内镜超声可以初步判断上消化道黏膜隆起型病变的性质,为黏膜下肿物治疗方式的选择提供依据。

Objective： To determine the value of endoscopic ultrasonography （EUS） in the diagnoses for upper gastrointestinal disease. Methods： 288 patients with upper gastrointestinal disease were examined by EUS, of which 21 patients underwent EUS-assisted the biopsy. Results： The majority of upper gastrointestinal submucosal protrusive lesions is the submucous tumor, phlebangioma,polypus,and the Ectopic pancreas. Conclusions： Upper gastrointestinal submucosal pro sive lesions can be distinguished by EUS, which can provid the proof for the clinical diagnosis and treatment.
