摘要
本研究以小学3-6年级学生为被试,采用问卷调查法,考察了我国小学生特质型情绪智力的发展特点。结果表明:(1)小学3-6年级学生的特质型情绪智力没有显著的年级差异;(2)小学女生的特质型情绪智力显著高于男生;(3)父母受教育程度越高,小学生特质型情绪智力的得分越高;(4)学业成就和小学生的特质型情绪智力存在显著正相关,学业成就越高,特质型情绪智力得分越高;(5)特质型情绪智力和小学生在合作性、领导力上的提名存在显著正相关。
To explore the development of primary school students' trait emotional intelligence, this study tests 3 - 6 graders in primary school through questionnaire. The research findings are as follows: (1) There is no significant difference of those students' trait emotional intelligence in grade; (2)The trait emotional intelligence of girls is higher than that of boys; (3)The higher educational level parents have, the higher trait emotional intelligence of students; (4)There is positive correlation between students' academic achievement and their trait emotional intelligence; (5) There is positive correlation between students' cooperation / leadership and their trait emotional intelligence.
