强化战略管理意识 提升战略管理水平——对我院发展战略的思考

Strengthening strategic management consciousness,improving strategic management level——consideration on the development strategy of GHIDRI

战略管理是企业最高层次的管理,已经得到越来越多的企业管理者的认同。然而在管理实践中,部分企业对战略管理重视程度还不够高,战略管理意识还比较淡薄,战略规划流于文字形式,做给别人看,对外可讲,对内不可用;战略缺乏有效的执行手段和措施保障,既定战略得不到良好的执行,形同虚定。进一步强化战略管理意识,提升战略管理水平已是一个企业管理者的当务之急。

Strategic management, which is the highest management level of enterprise, has been recogmzed by more and more enterprise managers. But in the process of practice, some enterprises attach less attention to strategic management, the consciousness of strategic management is weak, strategic planning behaves on literal level and has no meanings to the development of GHIDRI; For lacking of effective implementation methods and measures, the established strategy can＇t be implemented well, so further improving the consciousness of strategic management and promoting strategic management level is an urgent affair for enterprise managers.
