Implementing five projects,advancing Party building firmly

2008年,贵阳院党建工作将以实施五大工程为主要抓手,即:实施核心工程,抓领导班子建设;实施先锋工程,抓党员队伍、基层党组织建设;实施人才工程,加强专业队伍建设;实施塑造工程,加强企业文化建设;实施凝聚工程,加强员工队伍建设。通过五大工程的实施,增强贵阳院党组织的创造力和凝聚力,推进贵阳院生产、经营、管理、科研等各项工作的全面发展,向"科技型、现代化、国内一流"宏伟目标迈进。

In 2008, Party committee of GHIDRI will implement five projects as Party building＇s main contents. They are as follows： Implementing core project to strengthen building of leading group; Implementing vanguard project to strengthen building of Party members and primary level of Party organization; Implementing personnel project to enhance the building of professional contingent; Implementing inspiration project to enhance the building of enterprise culture; Implementing cohesion project to enhance the building of worker contingent（employee contingent）; With the implementation of the five projects, the creativity and cohesion of Party organization will enhanced, the full development of production, administration, management, scientific research and so on will advanced to stride for the magnificent goal of ＂scientific type, modernization, first class in domestic＂.
