石垭子水电站工程总承包项目技术管理初探

摘要 管理是关系到石垭子水电站工程总承包项目公司(以下简称总承包公司)成败兴衰的关键。项目技术管理强调的是管理,而不是技术本身。总承包公司通过项目技术管理的策划、管理制度的建立、工程的实践,使总承包公司与设计、监理、承包商形成了"四位一体",即将总承包公司的意见能够与设计、监理和承包商有机结合,从而保证工程质量,降低工程成本,提高劳动生产率,加快工程进展。 Management is the key to the success and vicissitudes of Shiyazi hydropower station General Contract Project Corporation. The engineering technology management emphasizes management instead of technology. The General Contract Corporation unifying design uniti ~supervision unit and contractor as one unit by scheming of engineering technological management,establishment of management system and engineering practice, that is the opinion of General Contract Corporation can be combined with that of design unit, supervision unit and contractor so that the engineering quality can be guaranteed, engineering cost can be reduced, labor productivity can be improved and engineering process can be fastened.
