摘要
建立与实际加工相符合的坐标系,在对平面二次包络环面蜗杆传动的啮合性能进行深入分析的基础上,综合分析了蜗杆齿顶变尖和蜗轮齿面产生非工作区之间的矛盾变化规律,首次提出了蜗杆头数的奇偶性对平面二次包络环面蜗杆传动性能的影响规律,对多头小速比平面二次包络环面蜗杆传动的设计具有一定的指导意义。
Having founded the coordinate system that is adapted to practical machining and based on the analysis of meshing properties of the worm drive, we have analyzed the changing law about the contradictory of the unworking area of the worm tooth surface with the tapering of the toping of the tooth and first put forward the effect law of the parity of the worm start on the performance of the plane quadric enveloping surface worm drive, which has good effect on the multiple start low speed ratio of this worm drive in a sense.
